Can I bring my vehicle for repair without an appointment online?

For emergency cases, you can drive in anytime without an appointment. We will diagnose your vehicle at the earliest slot, normally on the next day. Please contact us to let us know about the urgency of your circumstances and for you to receive informed advice.

Can I wait for my car to be serviced?

We have a comfortable customer lounge area with amenities where you can wait while your vehicle is being serviced. Our multiple service bays ensures a remarkably short wait time for normal servicing.

For more complex issues, you may choose to leave your vehicle with us. Your Service Advisor will inform you if the repair work will be carried over to the next day. We provide free shuttle services to nearby MRT stations in the morning.

Can I drop my car off for service after office hours?
Our Vehicle Night Deposit option allows you to drop off your car at our workshop for servicing or repair even after our standard operating hours.
REQUEST NIGHT DROP-OFF
Can the workshop pick up my car for service?

Should you be unable to visit our workshop due to your busy schedule, we provide a Pick-up and Delivery Service to have your car serviced or repaired.

How long does servicing take?

Normal servicing consisting of engine oil and filter change, and vehicle health check will take less than an hour.

Other servicing maintenance work is handled on a case-to-case basis and you will be informed by your Service Advisor on the estimated completion time.
